This course should be of interest to medical secretaries, ward clerks, GP and hospital receptionists, who may find themselves at the forefront of distressing situations.

      • Basic communication skills
      • Helping people who are distressed - dealing with difficult telephone calls
      • Dealing with ourselves in difficult situations
